Shred Shack | Lodging by 42 North at Stratton, VT

Shred Shack is a great home for a ski vacation. It is only a 7 minute drive to the mountain. We could drive home each day for lunch! The house is very comfortable. Our grandson loved the swing in the living room! The living room is great for a large gathering as is the dining room table. The bunk room downstairs allows for many guests. We highly recommend this home.

Breathtaking views from an incredible home! Sunrises just hit different here! The beds were so comfortable and traveling with our toddler was great here! If you have a large group you could also stay here very comfortably with privacy. We can’t wait to come back!

Loved this house. Went with 8 adults and 4 kids and we all had plenty of space. My little ones loved the bunk beds and the swing in the great room! Kitchen is fully equipped and We had lots of great family meals at the dining table seats for everyone. Beautiful view from the house. I would love to go back!!!

I went to the Shred Shack with my toddler, sister and her 3 kids in the spring. The kids were ecstatic over the swing and the bunk beds. The picture doesn’t do it justice! The view is amazing from pretty much everywhere in the house. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking your meals and eating it out on the deck with that beautiful scenery. There were plenty of board games to choose from for game night. There was baby safety gates and a pack and play with a mattress for the little one. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of bedrooms for everyone. The host was very attentive and responded to our questions very quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Shred Shack! Can’t wait to go back.

Great place! Kids love the swing and it’s just so cozy and perfect, hot tub is dynamite after skiing, great view of the mountains. Great history!
