Great location, just a few minutes from Statton Mountain. Easy check in. Clean room nothing fancy. Plenty of parking. Reliable wifi. Full size fridge in the room. If you are in the area to ski this is a solid choice for an overnight.

Excellent! I hadn't seen a recent review so I was a tad skeptical, but everything was great. The location works whether hiking or skiing in the Manchester, VT area. ||The room was large and neat and clean. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels and extra blankets - if needed. Each room had a Keurig coffee machine so if you have a favorite, just pack some along. Oh, and plenty of hot water!

Booking is through their website is quick and intuitive. There is no reception desk; check in and check out process is contactless through email & texts. However the people who run the business are living right next to it. If anything is needed, they are very responsive. Our TV got disconnected, we texted, in 2 minutes the manager appeared and fixed everything. The location is great; it's in between towns, 5 -10 to any of them; hiking trails & mountains are close; the rooms are facing their little pond so there is no road noise. The building does need renovations and you can see that the owners are on top of them. Besides that, everything is clean, the room has everything that you need after a long hike.

Great stop while I was hiking on the AT. The owners are wonderful people, and are great to packbackers. The rooms are clean, warm and dry. They have free laundry for guests, great coffee, and they recommended Christo's restaurant, who delivered me a fantastic hot meal. Just what I needed on a cold, wet day.

Seems very mom and pop no frills style, but cozy and friendly. Rooms are basic. Beds could use some maintenance or updating. The bed frames squeak a lot. If you’re working and traveling and need Internet, the WiFi is not reliable. Also, this is not controllable by the management, but the walls are thin. If you have noisy neighbors, you hear them for sure.
