Shiloh Inn Lamesa

The staff was friendly and helpful. The king room was clean with a recliner sofa and a comfortable bed. AC blew strong and cold. Furnishings were new and nice. All in all, it was a perfect stop over on our roadtrip. Only improvement I could ask for would be softer pillows.

Fresh eggs and clean sheets with comfortable beds. This roadside motel exceeded all of my expectations. The room was clean,, the sheets were crisp, the coffee was hot and the beds were super comfortable. A fresh home cooked breakfast was included in the price, biscuits and gravy, sausage in a biscuit, fresh (not powdered), eggs, fresh, squeezed, orange juice, cereal, and oatmeal the best free included breakfast I’ve eaten in a long time.||Traveling through pulling her car in tow room for parking. The rooms were so quiet I didn’t even hear the other truckers leave in the morning. The bathroom was super clean and the towels were fresh. I highly recommend this place when passing through.

Extremely poor experience and unacceptable customer service. The day before checkout, my husband and I confirmed with the front desk that we could have a late checkout due to his work schedule. We were explicitly told we could check out at 5:00 PM with a $30 late checkout fee, and I even asked to be notified if there were any issues so I could make alternate arrangements. I was assured everything was approved. The following day, while my husband was at work (in the oilfield and with our only vehicle), the manager told me the arrangement had not been approved and demanded that I leave immediately. Despite explaining the situation, the hotel chose to call the police. My husband was forced to leave work to come help me pack, and we were escorted out under police pressure—an unnecessary and
