Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas, Lake Buena Vista/Orlando

This is such a wonderful hotel! It was located about 10 minutes away from Disney and has lots of great dining/shopping options around the area. The villa was very spacious and we had a balcony view of one of the lakes. We had a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 3 beds plus a sofa bed, and 2 full bathrooms. It was great! Very good price as well. Highly recommend if you’re looking to stay here to go to Disney land!

We really enjoyed our stay at Vistana in February. We had an event at Paradise Cove across the street and a few park days planned at Epic Universe and this property was perfectly located. There were plenty of decent food options on property and off, nearby. The staff were very friendly and prompt when we needed new linens or towels. We were in a corner unit in the Cascades building and we really liked it. Check out was very convenient and we appreciated how you could simply text the team whenever you needed anything. The pools and pool bar were great and we appreciated how walkable the property was. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be back again!

Upon arrival, cushions were on the floor, and all drawers were open. You had to set up the room yourself. 2nd bedroom only has twin beds; they tell you to call if you need supplies, and when you contact guest services, they tell you to buy your own supplies. Only one receptacle works per outlet. The circuit tripped a couple of times. The shampoo bottle was empty. No vacuum in the unit. No baking pans and no pizza cutter. Takes several calls to get guest services to answer. Almost all activities come with a fee, which would be fine if you do not have to pay resort fees. It takes over 5 days to get your deposit returned. Positive: Omg everything was amazing about , close to everything , I felt protected & honored to stay there. Normally I bring my own rag and towels on trips and an extra blanket to lay on the pillows & my own cleaning supplies. I didn?t need NONE of it ! TOP TEIR Negative: Very very spacious.

Meh.. The rooms are clean but I expected more. I have never stayed at a timeshare that had such limited hours on amenities. There is only one gym that is 24 hours, the others open at 8am, which is late considering most exercise enthusiasts do so pretty early. The one gym that was 24 hours is tiny and has only 3 treadmills, the property is gigantic....3 treadmills? You have to fight to try to get one and they suggest you limit yourself to 30 minutes..... Recreational activities like mini golf close at 7, which we felt was ridiculously early. Concierge couldn't be bothered to help with any needs despite offering a number to text with questions.
