Sheraton Tucson Hotel & Suites

The hotel was dirty. Hallway carpets were dirty and the room was old and outdated. I ended up checking out a day early when I found a dead roach next to my bed. I let them know at the front desk that I was leaving early because I found a dead roach in my room next to my bed. No reaction. No apologies. Just said I would get my bill via email. The hotel is near to the hospital but I would find someplace else to go.

My son and I checked out within hours after our arrival because we just could not sleep in this hotel. The curtains had what looked like blood stains, one of the beds was dirty. Signs for vending and ice were not accurate and we could not find the actual ice machine. My son and I stepped in dog pee in the hallway . The hotel felt dirty and even though we checked out just hours after arriving they charged me the full price of the hotel. This hotel overall was very unpleasant. Although the restaurant was open we waited 15 minutes and no one attended to us and we could not find anyone in the restaurant to assist us. Horrible experience.

The check in people were friendly, but the room was not well kept, and the shower is horrific. The carpet had clearly not been vacuumed, but the furniture was nice. The room is very well appointed, with a separate living area. This made it nice if I wanted to rest while my husband was on work calls. Unlike others, we found the bed comfortable. The room had plenty of storage, desk space, and seating space. My main complaint is the shower. It's quite small with only a rainfall shower head. It's very gentle, which is lovely unless you actually need your hair or other parts of your body to get wet. The floor, however, gets very wet, as the shower only has a half glass wall. This is the third Sheraton hotel that I've stayed at this year, and they've all been outdated with terrible shower

Ok. Read some of the reviews and wanted to give mine. I travel 100+ days a year. Property is not new. Undergoing a renovation but it is not inconvenient. Check in was great. Was able to get in early. My status was recognized and it was a breeze. Room is great. Newly renovated. Lot of space and it was clean and very nice. Pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. Club lounge was well furnished and was open 24/7. Rooms - 8/10 Staff - 9/10 Value for money 10/10 Good hotel. No worries. Should be even better after the renovations are completed.

We stayed one night on a weekday and it was a very relaxing environment. Location is convenient but because it's so Central it can be noisy from helicopters landing at the hospital next door and just overall traffic outside. I was a little disappointed with breakfast but the service was wonderful. Coffee with strong but the food presentation was barely in par with La Quinta... Choices we're quite minimal in comparison. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was to enjoy the evening by the pool around the fire pits. Apparently they turn off before 9:00 and that was pretty disappointing. Overall customer service was great. They were helpful and cheerful. Would I choose this place again? Perhaps after all the construction add renovation is complete.
