Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale at Cypress Creek

We stayed for three nights and were given a room on the 8th floor. We were upgraded to a suite with two queen beds, which was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable, and although the bathroom felt a bit small, it was clean and had a walk‑in shower. The location of the hotel is great. ||Some of the hotel rooms are still being updated, with renovations expected to be completed by the end of April. The club lounge, lobby, and dining areas look just okay for now. The hotel also has an outdoor pool that’s great for kids. Parking is free, with plenty of available spaces. For a run or walk, the wide sidewalks on Cypress Road toward the Executive Airport are a great option.||There are a few opportunities for improvement:||1. I had the pleasure of visiting the bar at the Sheraton Hotel and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by their talented bartender Simeon. He effortlessly mixed delicious cocktails and engaged customers with his warm and friendly personality. The other staff members left him to tend to us on his own, but he had us completely handled food drinks, and all. The friendly atmosphere and top-notch service made my visit an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend paying the bar a visit if you're in the area! 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

I had a great stay at Sheridan Suites. The property was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. A special thank you to ilda, who was absolutely great—very welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly during my stay. Customer service like that really makes a difference. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We were talking to strangers in the elevator about the low rating in Google and not understanding it. I have never posted a review about a hotel before (except one that was super bad near an airport in Philly). It's really surprisingly beautiful. The atrium with a waterfall and a bar, breakfast area and comfortable chairs is just lovely. Staff is absolutely terrific, no idea what all the complaints have been about. Rooms are very large, it is a suite hotel. They are in the process of renovation and even have a sign. We got an updated room. Glad we ended up here.
