Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort

The hotel is getting updated but the lobby area is nicely updated. We got an update executive suite. The room was nice but terrible shower pressure. It could barely wash out your shampoo. Basically why I gave it a 4 star. The employees were nice and helpful. When I made request, it was prompt. Carlo at the restaurant was great for our morning breakfast which was really good. A bit pricey at $28 for the buffet. The pool area was nice and Monika did a nice job and the pool bar. I would stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel during a trip to disney, we usually stay on property - it isnt to terrible of drive but when your use to staying on property it is different. The hotel wasnt able to accommodate the suite that we originally booked but they gave us two rooms close to make the accommodations. We got the newly renevated rooms they were very nice. The pool area is very nice as well. The parking and the resort fees do add up though.

Let me tell you, they didnt tell is before reserving the room that the whole stay we wont have no running water between 9pm-6am!!!! Are you kidding me? If I would have known I would pick a different place because we couldn't shower after going out. When we could take showers in the morning the water was cold, the desk personal told us that we needed to run the water for 30-45 minutes!!!! 🤦‍♀️ I really appreciate the free appetizer at the restaurant, we follow the rules on what we could get which was anything under $14. The waiter told us when I gave him the coupon that it doesnt apply to the appetizer we got even though it was under $14! He named off the 3 items that it only works for & I told him thats what the person at the desk only said any appetizers under $14....he wouldn't accommod

Positive: Nothing Negative: The room AC leaked we had to put a towel on the floor. The elevator did not come up to our floor in certain parts of the hotel we had to wait 10 minutes. 15 minutes. Forward to even come up. The building and decor is old outdated musky smell.

Great location near Disney! I have stayed here a few times and it has been great each time. The room mostly all have small balconies and the pool area is very large & clean. They are currently updating the rooms and they appear to be even better. Staff has always been welcoming and parking is secure. The only thing about the hotel given the great location is that the traffic can be extremely heavy in the area. I will continue to stay here when I need a resort-hotel in Orlando.
