Sheraton Lakeside Terrace Villas at Mountain Vista, Avon, Vail Valley

Condo units fully equipped, attached to the Sheraton Mountain Vista (where you should check in first) with spacious 2 bedroom units and some of them have nice views too. Very close to the Nottingham park and in front of the lake stop where the Avon skier shuttle would take us to Beavercreek. We enjoyed a lot our stay and we had a fantastic support from the reception desk team, specially from Aiym, Seeman and Daniela who did everything to assure we had a great stay. Kudos to this team!

We just stayed here for two nights and have mixed feelings about the property. On the positive side, our two-bedroom unit was spacious and clean. However, the negatives outweighed the positives:||1. The registration/check-in building wasn’t clearly marked, so it took us a while to locate it.||2. The site offers no food options—not even a convenience store.||3. There’s no air conditioning in the room, so we had to rely on the ceiling fan throughout our stay.||4. It was quite noisy late into the night due to people in the swimming pool after dark.||Given these issues, we’re unlikely to return. There are probably better alternatives in the area.

Rooms are Fantastic, fully furnished Kitchen, Laundry in room...a must when skiing all week.

One of the best timeshares that we've been too. Big unit in great condition. Indoor parking was nice. The only downside is there's no onsite pool and gym, but you can use the rec center across the street. Also, check-in and check-out are done in the Sheraton Mountain Villa across the street.

We came for a summer stay and had a great experience in the lakeside terrace rooms. Lots of space and sleeping options. The kids enjoyed the indoor pools, the playground and the near by lake/beach attractions (paddle boards, kayaks etc). Great views of the mountains as well!
