Rafael was amazing. He did a great job communicating. Also the new lady, I think Elisa(?) was also great. However, Jenny, had horrible customer service. She was rude and condescending. We checked out the pool table balls and returned them 2 min late. And boy….did we hear an earful. She said we should have read the entire booklet when we checked in. Also, check out is at 10am. We got out of the elevator at 10:09am. And again..we were rudely reprimanded. Outside of her, and the reason this is 4 stars, not 5, all was great.

Do not stay here in 2025!! My family and I had been looking forward to our one-week stay in the Rocky Mountains in July. We checked into our 2-bedroom unit this afternoon only to find that the outdoor deck/sliding door—and whole common area light source—is boarded up with PLYWOOD, blocking out all light and views of the mountains. Furthermore, the outdoor area where a deck should be is covered with scaffolding. They are apparently removing decks permanently for safety reasons. ||(Photos: The indoor photo was taken during the day with lots of natural light available from the outdoors, but the plywood blocks out ALL light to the interior. It’s a dark ugly cave. My camera kept adding light to it because it thought it was nighttime. Outdoors, the scaffolding covers the unit’s living room/commo

Very happy with our stay here at falcon point. It’s in a great location near the park and lake and close to the public transportation here in Avon. The one bedroom we stayed in accommodated us nicely and had all we needed. The bed was comfortable. It was missing a coffee pot, but when mentioned to the front desk it was immediately provided. We would love to stay here again.

My wife has had a timeshare here for around 30 years. We stay here occasionally, maybe once or twice a year. The building is getting old but the rooms have been updated over the years and are nice. The hot tubs are still the same and have had the same issues for decades. We complain every visit but they stay the same. One tub has way too many bubbles, jets are too powerful. And the other barely any bubbles, no pressure. The staff are pretty much hands off since it's a timeshare place, what you get is what you get.

I chose Falcon Point based on price and location, and the "hotel" was very good in these two aspects. There's a town bus stop pretty much right outside the property. It's a 10-minute walk (in ski boots) to the town gondola to Beaver Creek. The price was excellent for a very pricy Avon. It was probably as low as you can find and relatively speaking, it was an excellent value.||There were two excellent surprises. They have an underground garage - super handy to avoid snowstorms and the cold. Parking is complimentary. The front-desk staff was amazing and super-attentive (esp Jenni).||The wifi worked very well for me. My unit had these fancy new appliances - there was a full-sized fridge, stove, dishwasher, and a fancy microwave. There's a comfy couch and a nice desk. Shower worked w
