Sheraton Albuquerque Airport Hotel

What a lovely hotel! 🏨 it is huge!! First of all, it is pretty much a mile from the airport and the shuttle is right on schedule. I love how it’s 24 hours too. Walking into the hotel there’s a really lovely lounge area that is to the left into the right that is huge so lots of spaces to work remote or lounge. Julio at the front desk was so nice and just really was accommodating from the get-go impeccable, exceptional service. The room was exceptionally clean, a very large size room with a lovely bathroom area that had nice countertops and well, arranged towels, and lovely body lotions and hand washes to greet us The bed is incredibly comfortable lots of big pillows, a nice couch and an adorable seating area that has a couch and chair corner unit with plug-ins on the table!! Wow!! 🤩 I

Nice up-to-date and quiet rooms. I had a late night arrival into ABQ and their free 24/7 shuttle was the selling point on me choosing this property. The night shift lady was super kind when I checked in, getting me extra blankets. I, unfortunately, didn’t get to use the amenities of this location as I had an early train to catch the next morning. Only docking off 1 star due to a clogged drain in the shower which I discovered when I was showering before I was leaving. But at that point there was nothing that could be done about it.

Positive: Nice water pressure Negative: Dish network... Horrible. No free parking. No free wifi unless you join the Marriott club. The registration for that is s pain. Being that close to the airport is noisy. Room is out of date. TV is a joke.

Adjoining door to the next room is my only cry. Had a noisy neighbor, felt like he was in the room with me. So honestly privacy was out. Staff super friendly, RJ running the bar was awesome. Room was decent, clean. Bed and pillows all good. Just request a room with no connection. Airport was a walk away, yet they run shuttles.

This is honestly one of the cleanest, and friendliest hotel stays me and my husband have stayed at in a long time. Especially for the price. From check in, to dining, to check out. The customer service is amazing. The beautifully crafted drinks and the kindness of the bartender made me come back out the next night. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to relax and spend a few days to unwind.
