Shady Hills Mobile Home Park

I cannot say enough great things about Tiffanie Dickens, the property manager at Shady Hills Mobile Home Park. Tiffanie is truly exceptional at what she does. She is professional, responsive, and always willing to go above and beyond for the residents. Anytime an issue comes up, she addresses it quickly and with a positive attitude. Her communication is top-notch, and she genuinely cares about keeping the community safe, clean, and running smoothly. It’s rare to find a property manager who treats residents with this level of respect and dedication. Shady Hills is a better place because of Tiffanie. I highly recommend her and appreciate everything she does for the community!

UPDATE: 2-28-2021 Since fist review Shady Hills Park had been sold and I no longer have trailer in park. However still have friends living there but am told things going downhill, when issues arise seems there is no care! ------------------------------------Have looked at other places in hot springs found shady hills best for me. Owners friendly, quick to resolve any issues, quiet park, shopping for anything is close by.

roads are horrible. owners don’t care to fix anything. they hire people to mow the grass, but leaves mud tracks EVERYWHERE. And try to bring up an issue to the owners, they make you feel less than and have an awful attitude towards tenants. Please consider other places before looking here.

Prices jacked up, roads have gotten worse, and mowers make mud tracks and spray mud on the side of my house. Management doesn’t seem to care… UPDATE: this place is going downhill with the lack of “property management” and jacked the price up again.
