This is an old quiet neighborhood w very reasonable landlord. Lillian is very helpful and kind. Easy for singles or couples and walking distance every where!!
It's shady and when the sun goes down that's when it's at it's shadiest! Maybe their used to be a grove but it moved on to allow for human dwellings filled with the thoughts and possible dreams of their occupants! Shady Grove!

This is not a campground...it's a trailer park...I live near...great owner...not many neighbors..he is particular in rentersthank goodness
Needs more tender loving care . Overall the place has seen better days. Way overpriced.
