The park is nice and the manager was friendly

I live here and I love it. The rent of $440.00 is right on track with the other parks in this area but the spaces are sooo much larger. The place is getting a much needed face lift with shrubs and flowers and other amenities. The park is very quiet and people are friendly. I plan on staying here for a long time. The place looks better everyday!~

They charged us $45 ea. for the application fee ~ but they only ran one of us before denying us (on bogus info). Now you’d think that they’d refund the 2nd app fee because they never ran “the check” on the 2nd person. Nope. SOL! Too bad, so sad. And yes I am going after KLER Investments/SMITHS MHP (the ones that provided the incorrect information) so if there any attorneys that want to reach out to me, I’m on Facebook.

Living here is peaceful and land lords here are wonderful people. Very nice park.
