Seaport Inn

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was considering it was mid August at the Jersey Shore. The room was clean with plenty of room in bathroom to put your toiletries. Pool area was sparkling clean with lots of chairs and umbrellas. Check in was super easy and efficient, and employee very nice. The Keurig and coffee pods were a nice touch.|The only issue for us were the pillows and bedding. They were nice and clean, just not comfortable. Next time I will bring my own . |We would definitely come back again.

Very very nice, clean, updated and comfortable. The girl in the office is so kind and helpful. during the stay you can text and call her any time for whatever you need and she’ll help you. The pool is so clean and the well kept. It’s also really close to the beach on a street where there’s a ramp to the beach so it’s a really easy walk. Definitely excited to make this our new spot. Had a few bad experiences other places, so it’s really refreshing to have no complaints. Love it!

We were invited to a wedding on 9/28. I was told we had a room group rate because of that, would hate to see if it wasn't. We were then asked for a two hundred dollar deposit in case of damages to the room, don't remember reading that beforehand. The coffee shop in the lobby was closed for the season, not written anywhere. We were told where the closed pool was. I understand if closed for weather but Saturday turned out hot and sunny and never open. If this is another seasonal thing tell us. The room was nice and clean. It was just my husband and I, but would have been okay for a family with kids or a close group. We were off season but the noise level was just people walking above us and some music in the distance from the club below. They did have an ice machine, a decent AC/heater, c

Clean, comfortable rooms, pool great for kids. Great air conditioning. Very nice front staff. My only complaint is that we were charged $50 for early check in. Need to take car to boardwalk, but parking is easy. I block to the beach. You can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Would definitely return.

Too far from the water park and the boardwalk, the service is horrible no hand soap no ice machine no milk or creamer not even sugar to make my own coffee. I got told everything is expensive now. The staff are very rude . They wanted to charge me $50 for early check in!!!! I came 2:30 pm and the check in was 3:00 pm HOW RUDE!!!! They let me stayed with my kids in my car for half an hour and the room was ready since the morning..never coming back 👎👎👎
