Seabirds Motel At Kure Beach

Absolutely NEVER go to this motel. We woke up at 5 am to bedbugs in BOTH of the beds. Took photo evidence and called the “help” to get this remedied. Shockingly enough they are not helpful nor are they helping us with this. “We had someone check and they didn’t see anything.” .. sent photos but they suggest we take this complaint somewhere else to get at least a refund. What a way to spend day one of our vacation. Dry cleaning for a family of 5 including three children under 4. I am PISSED.

I cannot say enough good things about this place from the quality of the rooms to how beautiful the location is to the care of the team! I ended up leaving an important item behind they were kind and generous and quick resolve the issue and work with me to get it shipped back they are fantastic and if you are looking for a place to stay this is it! ||Some highlights: |Retro appliances are so cute I love them!|Air conditioning works fantastic I felt comfortable the whole evening! |The touchless and contact list check-in with your own door code was wonderful I didn't have to worry about when I arrived! |The bed was comfortable and the pull out couch was a lovely asset for my companion I was traveling with for work! |Proximity to public access for the beach was amazing! |Pet friendly in able

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the sea birds motel. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It’s just a short walk to Kure Beach pier, restaurants and an arcade. The beach access is just across the street. I was able to meet the owner and she is just precious. You check in on your own but they stay close contact with you through text to make sure you have everything you need. We will definitely be back soon.

We booked this place last minute so it was kind of pricey but we loved the fact they accept pets and that had a little kitchen. The location was amazing, just a walk straight to Kure Beach and customer service was very good. Don’t expect luxury when you stay here but rooms were renovated and cozy, everything was cleaned and they provide enough coffee and towels. We had a great time! The only thing is that the sofa bed was not comfy at all so just I would only count with the beds!

Love Love Love this Hidden Gem!! Clean rooms, dog friendly, amazing location...park and walk everywhere!! Just across the street from the beach. The staff were so nice especially Miss Norma!!
