Blue Marlin Beach Vacation Lodging

We just left our beloved Kure Beach and are already missing it! We have stayed at the Blue Marlin for over 15 years and it’s always the same, just wonderful! Gilbert & Karen are always amazing hosts. The rooms are ALWAYS very clean!! You have amazing views of the ocean and you have direct access to beach with a very short walk. It’s very affordable and you have exactly what you need with kitchen stuff like coffee pots, microwave, full size refrigerator and basic utensils. Towels & linens are included and the beds are comfy. You can walk to various places to eat and very close to be able to walk to pier. Kure Beach is quaint and not loud and crazy like other tourist spots. We have had an amazing time at The Blue Marlin. Mr. Gilbert and Mrs. Karen have been so friendly to me and my family! I have recommended for my whole extended family to take our next vacation together to be at The Blue Marlin.

This place is perfect for the laid back family. I stayed at the Blue Marlin with my family this summer. When we arrived the room was very clean. The kitchen had plenty of plates, bowls, pans, etc. There are little showers outside to wash up before you go in covered in sand. We stayed on the bottom floor and it was wheelchair accessible. There is a little step inside into the bathroom and bedroom so if you're absolutely wheel chair bound it might be a good idea to ask about the unit (I'm not sure about any other than the one we stayed in). It was just across the street from the beach and a waking distance to the pier! We stayed in a fisherman style unit so it wasn't flashy. That's why I say a laid back family. If you want all the pools and fancy things, you'll want to look elsewhere. But if

My family has been vacationing at the Blue Marlin Beach Vacation Lodging for over 9 years now with Gilbert and his wife Karen. We even celebrated our honeymoon there after being married on Carolina Beach. As far as hospitality and accommodations go you could never ask for anything more. The view of the ocean is perfect, with yard space as well to offer to the kids and yourself if you need a little time off of the sand. The apartments are clean and very welcoming. They are very responsive and courteous to all your needs. My husband and I call it our home away from home when it comes vacation time.

My father and brother recommended staying here. We loved it . It was very clean and gave you a welcoming feeling. Upon arrival the owner Karen was very welcoming and polite. I would recommend if you are looking for a place to stay try the Blue Marlin
