Customer Reviews
The is a beautiful resort. In a great location. So far staff has been nice and accommodating. The only issue we have faced is our room does not appear to have been cleaned. Random hairs in the shower. Hair clips from previous guess on the floor. Crumbs in various places. It’s really sad because the room is nice but looks like the housekeeper just did not clean up. No wiping or sweeping. I am very disappointed.
We have stayed here many times. Overall great experience. Was given a room that was obviously occupied. Luckily the occupants were not in the room at the time. |Our room was clean and we loved the updated shower. Would like to see ice machines on every floor instead of only odd numbered. Pool and hot tubs were nice and clean. The area is very quiet compared to the more busier parts of Myrtle Beach. |BIG shoutout to Allie who made our breakfast very enjoyable! Very friendly and was a joy to talk to!|Yes, we will be back.
Positive: The location and security. I also loved the main pool and hot tubs. Great for kids and teens. Negative: The lazy river needed to be cleaned. The room was very small.
Stayed in Villa One and it was the cutest little one bedroom villa. Check in was weird. I don’t know there were 2 parts. I went to the hotel and they told me I needed to go to Wyndham and check in. Check in wasn’t a breeze because it’s Wyndham and if you know you’re staying at a timeshare villa, then you should expect a conversation about attending their presentation. I politely declined and got one more request, declined again and they backed off. Parking was plentiful, breakfast, which wasn’t included was great, indoor pool needs some upgrades but nevertheless less, me and my crew had a great time. The room was clean, texting capabilities were awesome, and I received several check ins to make sure my stay was satisfactory. There was a balcony that we did not access, but instead, we walke
This was my first time at this resort. E Getting around was a little confusing as it is attached to the resort next to it. Other than that, it is a wonderful place to stay in Myrtle Beach. The room was clean. I loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. The HVAC fan is noisy. Also, there is no free breakfast. It is a buffet that cost $20.00. Overall, I highly recommend this place for your next vacation.
