The room was excellent. Very clean and the view was breathtaking. The area is very walkable to anything you are looking for. On The other hand, it is not a resort. All pools and hot tubs are non existent. There is no parking unless you have a handicap plaque. Believe me they do ticket and security is not on your side with regards to that. He even called the police on me to come and ticket me. The rooms are individually owned, so what you get depends on the owner (believe me, I am an owner)

Do not stay here. It is filthy, disgusting, run down and full of bugs. They will claim it's not bad bucks but the linen are stained with blood, urine, I found life insects in the bed, as well as hair and small insect poop. They will claim they inspected it the next morning and found nothing. Outside of the actual room. Die elevator is old and scary and the hallways smell really bad. Never again.

It’s very old, but not dirty. We booked it through Booking, where the room looked really nice. However, we had several problems: the door lock didn’t work properly, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the fridge froze all our food. The area feels like it’s dying, with most of the places already closed. The positive thing was the view of the ocean, and the beach was clean and well maintained. Anyway, if you’re looking for a nice vacation, I’d recommend booking a different accommodation.

This was obviously once a massive incredible resort with many buildings, water parks and pools. Now it sits in disarray with not much hope. Luckily I stayed in an air bnb and not directly through the “resort”. No pools or water park are open, elevator is broken and the whole place is in really bad shape. No one is at the front desk to assist, some of their buildings are abandoned or are apartments (very broken down).

Room was nice, balcony view was excellent. Unfortunately neither pool was opened, they were both empty. There is an ice maker on the 3rd floor but no other snack/drink vending machines. Everything in the room worked and was clean. Just a heads up, nobody comes in the room to clean, you must ask them for that. We haven't had many issues with the place and every time I ask about something they respond in a timely matter. For the price it's not a bad place to stay. Wifi wasn't great but worked.
