Sea Mark Tower

Honestly if it wasn't for the friendly staff it would be a 1 star. Stayed in condo 1003 and it is NASTY! Floors are sticky and stained, mold in the vents, furniture sticky and stained. TV in living room almost never worked. Front bathroom flushes with a low flow type toilet, hold the handle down and DO NOT LET OFF until it goes down. Its spacious yes. If it was cleaned up properly it would be a nice little place. The facility is old and it shows. Elevators almost never worked properly throughout the day, the hot tub is colder than the pool. But on a good note the pool is simple but nice and relaxing, its shaded for the majority of the morning and early afternoon. There is a 2 electric gate coded door to get to these. I thought that was actually nice. A grill area that.honestly didnt look

Let’s start with the positive. The view from 1003 was lovely, overall bedrooms were spacious except for one that would have made a sailor cuss it was so small. Now the bad, carpet was disgusting!!! You best have house shoes or your feet will be black from dirt. There is NO house keeping period, they say if you need it call, well we did! Called and called and called no one ever showed up. I had to take our dirty towels to front desk to get replacements. Asked for toilet paper they literally opened door and tossed into our room. But don’t leave towels or grab our trash. For $2500 for 5 days they could at least have done that for us. But heck no! Don’t expect anything to work, we had washer and dryer hot dog we thought wrong dryer didn’t work. There was one pan and a pizza pan to use to cook

Room was very spacious and provided what was needed, however for the cost i expected something cleaner. Carpet in the living area had a ton of stains. Elevators were broken atleast once per day. We were on the tenth floor and had a couple handicapped people with us, so we're stuck on tenth floor untill they got fixed. Understand things happen but why is it happening consistently? Had people knock on our doors.1 to fix our tv... tv was fine, another to spray our room for pests.. we denied this. They should have scheduled that when there was no one staying in the room. Pool area was nice and loved that it had shaded areas, but hot tub was colder than the pool. I would have no complaints if room was half the cost but at the price we paid we should have had a nicer experience.

This place was absolutely disgusting. If there was any reason for false advertisement this would be it. I stayed in unit 205, and I will say that this place is completely outdated, there was paint chips falling from the ceiling. The main lights did not work in the kitchen and the hallway, and there were bugs throughout the whole unit. For a family of seven they only left two rolls of tissue for the whole duration of the trip. Before we could even sit down we have to do a deep cleaning of this unit. maintenance was called twice to handle the electrical issues as well as the air filter issue, the air filters were completely filthy. And there was black mold coming from one of the air vents. Only one TV worked in the whole unit and the washer and dryer leak water, and the garbage disposal did

An older building, but always in good shape! A great place in the end units for 4 person golfing trip & the elevated units, on the beach side 01's, offers great views of the area including the beach & ocean somewhat obscured by all the high rises beach side! Has a private pool, barbecue deck with grills. & a large hot tub, all outside fenced in & landscaped well for privacy!
