Sea Latch Inn

When I am in the area, I typically stay at a different motel but I was traveling with a dog this time, so we stayed here for one night. They are very accommodating and have a grassed area for dogs. The location can’t be beat! You are directly across from the water. Our room did not have a direct view of the ocean. I am not sure if ocean view rooms are available. Our room was updated(compared to other motels in town), very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and pillows were sufficient. We stayed one night and stayed in November (off season), so almost everything is closed. Only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower was way too low. It was the perfect spot otherwise and would stay again if traveling with pets.

Positive: Location was nice, room was nice Negative: Yes, when we checked in we were told they had a tech on site working on the internet. The whole entire stay there was no tv, radio or WiFi. I think there should have been courtesy check-ins from the front desk and perhaps an offered discount from our stay

we were very disappointed in our accommodations. they put us in a bungalow|the air conditioner barely cooled. |some of the windows had no screens|some of the blinds were broken|the bathroom had a hook latch|the bed was turned the wrong way|Instead of a screen door the porch had a sheet|the shower at the pool did not work in spite of the fact that the sign at the pool said to shower before entering the pool|we would not recommend this motel. It was not as described on line

Loved our stay! For a 2-star hotel, this exceeded our expectations - newly renovated room that was perfect for our needs; comfortably firm mattress, pillow variety, sink, fridge, microwave, and kitchen table. Was it perfect? No, but for 2 humans and 2 dogs going back and forth to the beach all day, it was great! The coffee truck was pricey and not always open when advertised, but there are lots of other coffee options nearby or plan accordingly. We loved that we could walk to surf, walk to restaurants, walk the dogs on the beach, or scoot into town quickly (we visited during the shoulder season.) And loved meeting the owner who used to own the surf school - such a nice man! Renovations and updates are still happening but the price and location can't be beat in comparison to other options i

HORRIBLE! Went to check in and there was a sign on the door saying the office was closed with a sign to get our keys out of the "lock" box with the code shown on the sign. The "lock" box was unlocked with our keys in an envelope with our room number. We got to the room and it wasn't cleaned. Someone apparently started cleaning it and then left. No sheets on the bed and a dirty comforter on the chair. We called the number on the paper they gave us multiple times and it just went to voicemail. Same thing when calling the main number. Don't go here. It's dirty and unsafe.
