Long Beach Motor Inn

Gary and Susan are wonderful hosts, making sure our stay was comfortable. We had a issue with a person who double book our cottage and we were left looking for an alternative. Good luck finding a place in the middle of July! We called around and were fortunate that they were going to have a room available. When we told them what had happened they made sure the room was ready immediately. I cant say enough about the owners, location on the beach, the quiet, and amazing clean pool. Gary and Susan made our "disaster" turn to a pleasant beach vacation. We highly recommend them and will be returning again.

Long Beach Motor Inn is our home away from home. Gary and Susan are warm and welcoming hosts. The facility is meticulously maintained, love how each room has its own designated parking. Beautful pool , picnic and outdoor activities. Rooms are very clean. We will be back in 2026

Room was very dated but clean. Little kitchen area with no paper towels, dish soap or sponge. Bathroom with no toiletries and small scratchy towels. We came back from beach and walked to the pool area to relax. We were stopped by management and told we needed to hose off before going to pool. Problem: the hose was across the street by someone's window, and we are not children. We were escorted to the hose and told to walk over small bushes to get to the hose. Management stood there and watched as we hosed off our feet and etc. A little embarrassing and a little inconvenient. Should have a sign by the pool with a hose to rinse off. Did not feel like a welcomed guest. This is what $325 a night gets you. No thanks, will not be returning.

While you will be safe here, there is little to recommend. The place is like a compound, with so much light at night that it impossible to relax on the many chairs. Guests joke about the many rules, cameras, and microphones, but it is no joke. I regret my stay here and wish I'd have picked literally any other Motel.

What an amazing week! This is our 4th year of staying at this motel. Room was super clean and loved having a kitchenette. Having coffee in the morning on the porch with a perfect view of the ocean and the Nubble Light House. With a very hot week we sat by the crystal clear pool that was so nice to cool off. We picnicked in the Gazebo directly next to the pool. Gary has a beautiful landscape that he keeps so nice and tidy. Gary and Susan are so nice . Thanks again Gary and Susan for a memorable week. See you both again next year….
