Scottish Inns & Suites Springdale AR

Stayed for quite a while, no roaches, beds were upgraded, staff was sweet: if you need something, they are good at getting your request... To be fair, had no where to go, so made it home for a while.... Most people were nice, and overall is a family community.... You get shady people that come through there, but hopefully, that's being worked on....

I give it 2 stars. No roaches which was cool and quiet other than the AC which kept me up all night. The bed was bad, the room was no smoking but smelled like cigarettes and it was super musty in the room with mold growing behind the toilet visibly. The bath was only a bath (with cigarette burns all on the tub), the shower part didn't work. There was blood on the walls, there was boogers wiped all over the walls like the room hadn't been cleaned or gone into for a month+. The table has gross stuff on it. This place has made me realize I'd rather spend 198 on a good hotel room for one night than one like this for 2 nights. Like if you visibly see mold maybe take care of that before putting someone in that room. Make sure the shower works, make sure the drains work. I just don't get it. With

Room checked into had no mini refrigerator so I had to moved to another room which the TV was not working so I don't recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Springdale AR.

I understand this hotel is not considered to be a high quality place, but one would think that 85 dollars a night would at least provide a clean comfortable room. This was not, however, the case the room had an old love seat that smelled like old body odor and was very uncomfortable. The bed was lumpy. And on top of that the lights in the room barely worked making it hard to even see. You would think some of the money they charge would be spent on improvements and cleaning. The only saving grace was the person working was very nice and attentive.
