The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. We had plenty of towels washcloths etc for 4. Location was close enough to Fayetteville and Bentonville which was important to us. My only drawback was advertising free breakfast which technically was true but it was a to go bag of fruit yogurt and bar. We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed 3 nights for Bikes, Blues and BBQ in October. Pleasant folks at front desk and also housekeeping. Room looked clean, but smelled musty. Carpets perhaps? Other than that-great!
Great stay! Staff were so friendly. Everything was nice and clean. We got a great night's sleep. Definitely recommend.
