It’s a very comfortable hotel and spotlessly clean. That said, the window appears to be more of a suggestion than a barrier when it comes to outside noise. Revving engines and the occasional siren provided a thrilling soundtrack and did wake me up a few times. I’m also fairly certain the last person in my room had long hair. I know this because I’m bald, and the room had clearly not yet come to terms with their departure.

Sparkling clean room with two queen beds. Pleasant staff. Breakfast NOT included. Irritating "pulsing" window air conditioning, not steady hum. Beds for 4, chair for only 1. No literature in room identifying property features, e.g. existence of first floor "bistro" open evenings for sandwiches, salads, and alcoholic beverages, as well as for $14 per person breakfast. Nearly impossible to turn shower control - feared it would shear off with force needed to turn it. All-in-all, room inadequately equipped for a couple; breakfast far too expensive; inadequate maintenance of shower control. Pleasant stay but only average for price.

I've been working through a 3rd party booking company on a refund for several days, and it has been awful, despite following their policies and instructions. I cannot express enough how INCREDIBLE this property has been in helping me with this process over the last few days of struggle. Specifically Chris, with the evening front desk has gone above and beyond with concise, clear, and considerate service. I have previously stayed here, and all aspects are wonderful, but I can't say enough how refreshing it has been to work with such a kind and helpful person. Thank you for all that you've done! 💜

Great stay in NW Arkansas! Excellent location with easy freeway access, making it super convenient to get around. Service was top-notch—the bartender was awesome and made the evening even better, and the front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again. I wish I got the name of the staff.
