Santa Claran Hotel Casino

Room was not very clean, could be better, pretty dusty,hand prints very visible,had to wipe them ,gross! Could definitely use a good cleaning on the sixth floor. Probably would not eat there again,had breakfast got served broken glass with my huevos rancheros.Nice waitress tried to make it all good . Brought me fruit tray and didn't charge for my meal.Some employees are friendly some not so much,could use improvement there.reservation desk could use plenty of training hard to get thru to reserve a room have to call several times! Pretty bad! Slot's very tight!!!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Santa Claran Casino. I put my money into a machine and it wouldn’t even let me play—just sat there frozen with my cash locked inside. I pressed the service button over and over, and when no one came, I actually went up to the counter multiple times to tell them what was happening. Each time they told me, “We’ll send someone right over,” but no one ever showed up. Not in 10 minutes, not in 20—I sat there for almost 30 minutes with my money trapped in a machine and zero help from staff. A casino should at least care enough to assist when their machines malfunction. Instead, Santa Claran Casino seems perfectly fine with taking your money and leaving you stranded. Stayed recently. My parents had free rooms. The hotel does this for people who spend a lot of money. My parents held two sweets for a two day trip. The first day was fine. They second day, my mother was called saying she was supposed to check out at 11. My mother had no idea why. She was told (rudely) that she was not allowed a 2nd room when there was a giveaway in the casino. This was something the hotel should have disclosed the day she made the reservations. They refused to help her, she was told sorry you have to leave. She then spoke to a manager and they finally gave her a smaller room. Also, the bar accused my father of not paying his tab. Which he did pay and the bar manager did not even apologize for his mistake. Not wanting to return after all the nonsense. The staff needs to lea

This casino is horrible. Granted it is under construction and is noisy. The layout is horrible and cramped. The machines are the tightest I have ever come across. You just put your money in and walk away. No bonuses or small hits to even keep you playing a bit. Stay away from this place. It is just one loss after the other.

This review is based only on their bathroom. Ladies' restroom was really clean with a lot of stalls. Basic necessities were all there. Easy to find with the huge lettering out front.
