Days Inn by Wyndham Espanola

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. I stayed here for one night on December 26. The rooms are extremely outdated, and the AC units are very noisy, making it difficult to rest. The beds are also much smaller than expected and do not feel like true queen-size beds. Although the hotel advertises a “free breakfast,” it is essentially just grab-and-go with very limited options. When we reached the breakfast area at 7:00 AM, there were only a few slices of bread and a few muffins available. There was no staff present to restock the items, and they quickly ran out with no refills provided. The only other options were cereal, and the coffee was very average. There were no eggs at all. This hotel is in really bad shape. Refrigerator is gross and didn't work. Gross stained mattresses. Heating doesn't work. Breakfast was old stale cereal. Thank goodness the milk wasn't out dated. Checked out early. Went to Santa Fe.

Beds were comfy. |Room was a good size. Refrigerator worked great. Armchair needed cleaning. Tub had undergone a bad repair job.

If I could give them a zero I would don’t stay here please don’t stay here. The owner flat out lied to me. My husband had surgery and my original reservation fell through so I picked this place on a whim. There is a deposit for a pet and if you don’t disclose that you have one they keep your deposit of 100. When I checked in I informed the employee at the desk that I had one pet but that pet slept in the car in his crate and would not be in the room. He told me okay put no pets so I did. The owner saw my husband walking the dog and decided that the dog stayed inside not only that he also said that we had two. We only have one dog not two not only that but the money hungry lying owner assumed that the dog was in the room. If the dog was in the room it was for a minute when he ran inside
