Cook's Trailer Park

Have not been here in a while. This traler park has been here forever but the owner doesn't do any maintenance the park it's in really bad shape but can't compare to the horrible shape that the road is it has deep holes and bad patches can't believe they haven't done any updates in like the 15 year that i have not been here.

Not to bad. Nice upkeep on grounds. Only problem is the road/pavement needs to be redone

Thank God I don't live in a trailer court it wouldn't be a bad idea if you have a four-wheel drive cuz the parking lot is disgusting from one end to the other they have nothing but the worst living there well I shouldn't say all of them are bad tenants but 90% they will rent to anybody

The pretty good place but they need to fix the roads because the roads are really suck and for them owning a Transit Mix be sure to fit the road they charged enough to rent here

Roads needs improving, they also should be responsible to repair any electrical, landlines, water, & sewer hook ups if they are worn out & or broken lines need repairing by trailer park/mgr.
