Sands Ocean Club Resort

We have been stuck outside our hallway for a good 30 minutes because none of the keys work for our door locked and there’s only one maintenance man on the property. Would love to get back in our room. What a great vacation spending time in the hallway.

Hotel is in a great location with great views of the ocean. The room was also nice and clean. Was here for a golf trip - Dick Baugh took great care of us and made planning and scheduling very easy. Missy and the dining room staff were also a pleasure.

Was able to check into the room early, room was clean and had a great view. Really enjoyed Ocean Annies and the indoor lounge. Service in both of these areas was outstanding.||The room was not cleaned for the 3 days we were there, but we did not request it either. We did not have any washcloths when we arrived but were given some when I brought this to their attention. Front desk employees were very helpful and represented the location in a favorable manner.

10/10 love this resort...this was our third time staying here. The beach views are amazing...sunsets are gorgeous. Room was nice and very clean. Staff were very knowledgeable and kind. The third night we had a neighbor arguing till the wee morning hours but I called and put in a noise complaint and they took care of it Immediately(sent security up). Very impressed in the promptness. Will be back again next year!

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT book here! Rooms are dirty! Smoke alarms are covered with bags! The pictures you see online look nothing like the hotel or the rooms! Poop was on the walls in the bathroom, bathtub had hair and dirt in it!
