Sands Central Inn

Honestly, a very nice and affordable motel. Called ahead 10 minutes and they had rooms available. First come first serve. Everything else was booked up in town (labor day weekend). Managed to get a double full size room. Didn't know people still had full size mattresses. Cute pool if you have kids that want to swim. Air conditioner was nice and cold! I found no critters after searching all the common areas. I would stay here again.

The service here was amazing. The lady at the front desk was so sweet. She helped with everything. She helped with places to eat to things to do. The rooms was clean and nice. It was very quiet and peaceful. The man at the counter helped me get to a barbecue place on the other side of town that place was amazing. I will come back to this place. Overall, this place was amazing.

This is an older motel, but it is kept very clean. I have stayed here a lot over the years, and just really like the family that manages the place. They keep a close watch on who comes in and I believe that is what keeps the drug traffic and other trouble away. For the cleanliness, friendliness, and security you really just can't beat this place. My only complaint is that they don't have flat screen TVs, but if they did, then you would probably have to pay more and I can watch TV at home.

Very reasonable rates, clean rooms, safe area, and the best people around manage it. Both really keep an eye on the parking lot and that helps keep the trouble away. Good central location. They have a swimming pool, but I've never been in it. If you are staying in Hot Springs and can't afford the Marriott, well this is a fine place.

The rooms may be a little dated and shabby, but everything worked as far as lighting and plumbing (we didn't use the tv, so I can't comment on that ). All surfaces were clean and free of dust.
