Utilized one of the banquet rooms for a work function and it was very nice. The room was spacious and the decor was neat and clean, it made the event fancy. It had. A stage and we were able to have a buffet style event and there were 3 stations and 2 liquor service stands. The wait staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend use of the facility if needed for any events. The restrooms were clean and well stocked. Even our walk through to get to our destination all employees were friendly.

We’d give this resort a perfect score except for one area:  adequate hot water in the morning for showering.  There was ZERO hot water!  My husband said he’d never taken a colder shower in his life.  I decided I didn’t want to wash my hair that badly and made a very quick in and out shower.  I told the front desk assistant and she totally disregarded my report.  On the high note, though, this was an excellent place to host the NM State Bar meeting.  The food was excellent, the staff working for the food services department were professional and attentive.

Sandia is the best casinos in the Albuquerque area. The rooms at the hotel are always very clean and plenty of room for my mobility scooter. It takes only minutes to check in compared to other casinos in the area. The best thing is the security getting to the rooms. Feel very safe. The rooms are a little high but if you get a player's card the discounts are great. I am 82 years old and they make me feel wanted. Great place.

Beautiful casino resort - and love that it’s completely smoke-free throughout! We stayed nearby as the hotel rooms were pretty pricey for a last-minute weekend evening. We spent our money at the resort on food, drinks & slots. We had dinner at the SportsBook Bar and watched a college playoff game. The 3 of us had wings (delicious and perfectly cooked - loved the Whisky Black Pepper BBQ sauce); fried shrimp basket (huge golden delicious shrimp); and a Bison burger that was truly super tasty. We were thinking of dessert - they have original options that all sounded delish - but we were so full! It was busy with the crowd for the game but the servers were bustling and doing well. Slots were a good mix of all types of games - we played for a long time and still ended up with a little extra in
