I am a jack of trades family and I are moving there soon because of rent being stupid high this is more affordable

Its a shitty place to stay they dont fixe anything at all even in your grace period all the houses are a fire hazard waiting to happen with how all the wiring is in the homes tbh i would never rent from em or rent to own its not worth it (slum landlord)

I'd give this place minus points if I could. Nice place, quiet neighborhood but the owner is a slum lord. He'll wait until you've made substantial improvements then won't answer his phone or attempt to work with you when there's a problem. Files eviction a day early so he can jack the price higher for the next person stupid enough to do business with him.

Slumlord scam. They'll get your deposit and a few months rent, then add BS fees. Once you take them to small claims court they will not honor their requirements. Go anywhere but here.
