Literal walking distance to the public beach access. Park your car at the hotel for your trip. You are walking distance from nearly everything fun on that end of the island. This room was clean and modest. Very clean which was a great surprise. They are so hospitable that they allowed late check ins so we could come at our own pace without being stressed out. Ice machine is not the greatest but I'm sure they can take care of that. There is a nice pool outside. Clean safe neighborhood easy walking distance to the breakfast club make sure to go super early or stand in line outside. Great room. Fantastic price. Best bang for your buck

Pool was nasty, cloudy, unfiltered. Room AC thermostat set too high room was stuffy not cool enough! Guest could not lower temperature . Front desk clerk very rude said that was the way it was. Too bad for guest will not go back or ever recommend

This hotel has withstood the test of time and seen a lot of great family events, I'm sure. Dawn, the owner, the porter and another front desk lady were all very helpful and attentive during our 1 night stay that gradually turned into 5 nights for 2 rooms. My only complaint is that as a Fort Myers Beach, Florida Resident; I understand oceanianic wear n tear but the appearance of sanitized floors and sinks is most ideal to this guest and her family. Perhaps a bleach soak on the grout in the bathroom crevices and a new sink basin would be ideal for future guests. We were so thrilled to have our Weather Bus RV parked right outside our front door for 5 days during off season it made it that much more easier to stay. Overall....yes we would stay again. Staff was great! Property IS very CLEAN! No

The hotel itself seems a little ran down on the outside but we didn’t let that make our decision. when we walked in we were like it’s so nice and cute!! Until midnight rolled around and i got up to use the bathroom (we were only stopping through because i had surgery in NC and was heading back home to FL) when i got up in the middle of the night i saw numerous German roaches crawling around so the place has bugs. FYI be cautious because once you get the they are HARD to get rid of! The last at the reception was nice and helpful and again room was nice until that. Couldn’t back to sleep so we ended up up leaving around 330am and doing the rest of our driving home to FL. We couldn’t go back to sleep worried bugs would be on us or in our stuff. Money wasted so I’m not happy
