Salida RV Resort

This place is a hidden gem! We stayed in a RV pull-through site that was about a 20 second walk to either the park or the Rec center. The sites are all exceptionally level. The resort is immaculately clean and very well maintained. The gym in the rec house has everything you need for a strength training or cardio session. The bathrooms and showers we among the cleanest I've ever seen! And we do a lot of camping. It was also nice to see they have river access with a boat launch and a couple spots that could work for some fishing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient with easy access to the highway. And the views! Beautiful 360° mountain views. All this AND the price is very competitive with the area. We truly couldn't have been happier with our choice t

Well maintained paved roads and gravel pads with full hookups. The entrance to the camping pad is narrow. There is no shade yet, so if you park in a premium pull though, the sun is on the service side, making it a hot chore to hook up. No swimming pool. Nice meeting place, but unlike other resorts, no activities, food. Dog walk is not in a central location. It is quiet, but for the price, you would expect a nice overall experience with the word RESORT. Try it once to make up your mind!

We enjoyed our week here. Sites are spacious, hookups worked well, views are beautiful. They have a very nice walking path along the river. The people with the back in sites along the river would be nice, you can take your chair and sit and watch the river, there are trees for shade in alot of spots. Staff was friendly, we did not use showers or laundry but the office was very neat and clean. If I owned this place I would change check in to 1pm. And allow quest to receive mail or packages but maybe Im not seeing the whole picture.we would stay here again. 40ft class A.

I stayed in a cabin on the river during a work trip to Salida. The cabin had great wifi and everything I needed. I even had a great view of the Arkansas River and the surrounding mountains. Unbelievable! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and so were the other guests. Way friendlier vibe than most hotels in my experience. I'll definitely be back.

A new well maintained RV park. Drive thru and back in slots. Power, water and sewer are great. They do have a very good WiFi, but you need to ask for the WiFi name and password when you sign in. The dog park is on the other side of the park so it is a hike. The sites are gravel, level with some grass. They advertise no stakes in the ground. Nice laundry and pool table. Sad for and expensive per night site, the Resort offers no swimming pool, store or a place to grab something to eat. No planned activities. Back in are along the river, so fishing is available. Pets are welcome. It is open, so in summer expect the sun on your camper all day.
