My friend arranged an overnight for us to visit wineries, have a tasty dinner in town and enjoy the hotel spa.. for my bday! We stayed here. Just WOW. The building in itself is just beautiful. The high ceilings and architecture is lovely. I think one of my favorite areas was the dining area for breakfast. There are other gorgeous rooms to lounge in as well. The library is so rich with the dark wood. I loved that you can borrow/leave books! Our room had classic elegance. We had two queen beds and a balcony. If you’re curious about pricing a little over $800 per night and that’s in the off season. So be prepared to spend some money— for a night or two, it’s a fabulous experience. I frequently dine in the lounge area at the Salamander Resort & Spa restaurant. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is comfortable and the service is great. Particularly three individuals who are always there to greet me. Specifically Samantha, Giselle, and Lorraine. Their smiles are infectious, their courtesy is warmly welcomed, and their service is friendly and professional. This is what I look for when I enter an establishment and they most certainly deliver the customer service. Kudos to Ms. Samantha, Giselle and Lorraine. Well done....Well done :)

We had an exceptional lunch experience at The Grill at Salamander Resort that truly felt like a five-star visit from start to finish. As soon as we arrived, the atmosphere stood out—elegant yet warm, with beautiful Christmas décor that created a festive and cozy ambiance. The lounge area was especially inviting, making it a perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy conversation before and after our meal. The food was absolutely outstanding. Five stars across the board. Our stay at Salamander Resort was outstanding from start to finish. We stayed in a beautiful suite and felt comfortable and relaxed the moment we arrived. The staff stood out at every touchpoint. Welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind.||We spent time at the spa and enjoyed excellent massages. Calm space. Skilled therapists. We also had the chance to drive the Lexus LC, which was a fun and memorable experience. The concierge arranged a nearby winery visit, smooth and effortless.||Dining was a highlight. Sunday brunch was abundant and well executed. Dinner at Harrimans delivered refined flavors and great service. Lunch at Gold Cup was casual and satisfying. Cocktails throughout the resort were balanced and thoughtfully prepared.||Every detail felt intentional.

I can't say enough good things about the service in this hotel. We had my daughter's wedding there in October. From day one of planning, the hotel was very accommodating and wonderful to deal with. Every employee would take ownership of anything you asked. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the hotel and grounds were, but they were even more impressed by the customer service. Alex Smith was always available to help us with arrangements and planning. She was by our side for the entire day of the wedding to assure everything was seamless. The reception was perfect. Our entire party, 120 people, had their meals placed within minutes of each other. Wine glasses were topped off before asking, and bar lines went quickly. It was a flawless magical night.
