Safe Haven RV Park

This is a good park for keeping your stuff under cover and the sites are spacious with an attached garage and it is dead end once you drive in so there is no thru traffic. It is right on a busy highway so the road noise is bad. Other than that there are no amenities, no laundry, rec hall or bathrooms or safe space in case of bad weather. Wifi and cable service is not included in the rent. The rent is the highest in town and the electric rates are very high and the owner is unwilling to allow residents to get their own electric service in order to not have to pay commercial rates. This park is on a water well and the water stinks and I’m relatively sure they have no sanitation mechanism in place. My big concern is the sites are covered in large rocks and weren’t leveled up very well whe

I think this place is great, all spots covered, so keeps RV cooler. Large garage attached to your spot. This was originally my 3rd choice, actually glad first two choices were full. There is some road noise but the 4 other RV parks on the same road will be similar. Yes no on-site facilities but most RV’s are self contained now a days.
