Holiday Inn Express & Suites del Rio by IHG

Made an overnight stay here while touring west Texas. Great rooms, and service, but that part of town is developing with more businesses, so traffic was brisk. Many restaurants nearby to satisfy ones palate. The hotels breakfast was good. Mattresses not as firm as this 71 year old woulda liked, but ok.

We stayed at this business on September 22 - 23. Air conditioning was not working in our room and Janeth was extremely helpful and got us switched to a room straight across the hall. Great customer service. Also, please give housekeeping a shout out because the rooms were very clean.Definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel is extremely clean! The staff at the front desk was great, especially Janeth! She was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was really good, way better than most hotel breakfasts. It was really a full breakfast! The kitchen staff and the housekeeping staff were wonderful as well. We stayed in a suite for 3 nights and would definitely stay again!

Had a wonderful week on a week trip. Both Gloria and Janeth gave me amazing customer service. I really appreciated Janeth's welcoming demeanor and Gloria's at checkout. |I really appreciated Janeth's tips of local knowledge of Del Rio places to eat was valuable. The cleaning and breakfast staff were also helpful. I loved the hot tub and pool. Both were clean. The gym was nice. The tv, coffee pot, and refrigerator were great. I loved the king suite.

I always have a pleasant experience at the Holiday Inn Express in Del Rio! Everyone is so friendly, they always remember me and take great care of me! During this visit, I had a great experience with Teresa at breakfast, she always makes sure I’m happy and well fed! I feel so safe at this hotel, everything is always clean and there’s never any issues.
