RV Pecos

This park is only 10 minutes into the center of town. All sites have Rv covers, and it stays pretty quit in the park. It has a small workout room, with weights and other equipment. It also has a small laundry matt on the other side of the workout room and wifi. The space rent is the cheapest covered RV park in Pecos, and they are expanding. If your looking to save a little, this is a park good to stay in if visiting Pacos while having a cover over your camper.

The ladies who work in the office go above and beyond for their guest. I spoke with Evelyn when I called initially inquiring about a monthly spot. She was extremely thorough, very patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all if my questions. Every time I go in the office I'm greeted with a smile by whoever is behind the desk. I once had an issue where I needed to speak with the manager. Michelle called me right away and took care of the situation immediately. So easy to deal with! She was attentive and very sweet. She definitely takes her job seriously and has trained the other girls the right way. When I have a package come in they text me right away to let me know so I can stop in the office to pick it up. Low water pressure, not enough electricity to cool down the RV, Get complained on when the noise is supposed to be down by 10pm. WIFI is horrible. So many flies. Only positive is the shade for the rv. Will not come here again.

I stayed here for almost 2 months really haven’t had any problems. Now that I left it’s been 10 days and still no refund on my $250.00 deposit. I have asked several times and all they say “ we turned the request to the home office” . You would thing they would say let me find out what’s going on, but no, really don’t think they care if you get you money back! 8/25/2020 Still no deposit, I have called the Home office and the girl said she email the person in charge of giving back deposits. I personally think this bunch is not honest and just want to cheat you out of the deposit! I guess I will not get my deposit back! The owners either are going broke or don’t have a clue how to run their business! Would love to know how many other people they have done this way! I guess I will have to

Everything is great here except the gym. Can you please make sure it stays open till the time it’s supposed to be open. It’s been several times that my co workers who stay here and hubby have tried to go here to work out and it’s been closed with more than enough time to get a good workout in before it closes. That’s a big one for us bc that was one amenity we are big on. Fix this and I will change this to 5 stars. Thank you.
