Candlewood Suites Pecos by IHG

The rooms were really clean, and refreshing. I’m a housecleaner / rooms service employee as well so I absolutely love coming to hotels that are so clean. The people upfront were very sweet and helpful they worked with me on any issues I ran into during my stay. One of the ladies (sadly forgot her name) was really helpful on finding me an HDMI cord. They even gave us advice to prepare in case of a power outage which was really handy especially with how bad pecos got due to the extreme weather that rolled in. Absolutely loved the water pressure and high temperature the showers had. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and hospitality.

This hotel is under renovation and still requires a lot of work. Not all washers and dryers work and all dryers cost $2 to use. While the coffee machine in the lobby is nice, there is no coffee available in the room. Has a small cooking area but no pots or pans. No dishes or silverware in the room.

Room was okay, the tub was dirty, 2 of the 3 towels were stained, bed was comfy. The front desk and cleaning lady were so nice and helpful. There was only one big issue to me, you could hear EVERYTHING from rooms around you. We had the TV on, and the gentleman next door was having a conversation on the phone and we could hear everything and he wasn't even screaming. Another thing was that at 2 am one lady kept screaming and fighting with someone and they were banging doors, I couldn't understand what she was screaming about or to who but 10 mins later police were knocking on someone's door. My husband, my son and I were there for one night and we couldn't sleep. I would not recommend this hotel if you're a light sleeper or if you like a quiet environment like i do.

We stayed at this hotel for several months due to work, and everything went really smoothly. The room was clean and comfortable the whole time. Even though we were right by the elevator, we never had any issues with noise, no loud neighbors or people walking up and down the hall like in other places we’ve stayed. The management was always helpful and easy to talk to, they really felt more like friends, which made the long stay a lot easier. Another big plus is the location. The hotel is really close to a shopping area that has Walmart, United grocery stores, and several food spots, so grabbing anything we needed was super convenient. One thing we really appreciated was the 24/7 coffee machine in the lobby. Most hotels only have coffee during breakfast hours, so having it available anytim

Paid $200.00 for one night. They don't offer breakfast. Tv was going in n out like an old antenna. Staff was great!
