Rushmore Skies Retreat

Rushmore Skies was the perfect get-a-away for my husband and I. The dome and private bathroom was very clean and maintained. Inside of the dome was perfect size with a great view and all the needed amenities (fridge, microwave, AC, electric heater). Kent and Kristi were great and very accommodating. We will book again!

The best experience ever. We highly recommend it. If you want to fill your soul and heart with good vibes and peace, this is the ideal place. Our host was definitely the best. Her warmth and kindness made the experience even better, as did her two beautiful dogs.

Kristi was an amazing host! She informed me days ahead that the dome I rented had been damaged in a hail storm. She then went above and beyond to make sure that I was still accommodated by upgrading my stay to a different dome. Upon arrival she greeted us with a warm smile and was super friendly. The dome was absolutely gorgeous and the stay was superb! I can’t thank Kristi enough for this amazing experience!

Wow! What an expected surprise! This was a last minute booking. I am so thankful we came upon this gem! Kristi was the best. Booking was easy and she was wonderful to work with. Our glampling site was over the top. It was very clean. It was huge inside and the decor was beautiful. The added touches were very unexpected. We felt very welcomed. Kristi drove out to our site and explained some of the extra accommodations. Yes there was a putting green! Gas firepits, rocking chairs, coffee, microwave, fridge, flashlight! To top it off there is grass turf leading to private bathrooms (no shoes needed). GREAT experience! Thank you Kristi. Melinda

We LOVED our time here! My husband said it was best nights sleep he’s had for a long time - every night!! We slept with the windows open - cool and crisp in the morning and lovely at night. We HIGHLY recommend finding your way to this haven in the Hills!
