Last minute these guys had a room ready for us to stay during funeral arrangements and proceedings. They don't accommodate animals normally but also made the exception for my service dogs. And we'll within a reasonable price. A bath tub or slightly bigger showers nice but room was pretty good given how old the building is. The owners/ managers definitely try to keep up with it. The location is great, parking is scarce. I'm sure if bar goes parked other places that would help. We adored Michael, Rita, and residents that were all helpful and sweet to us and our service dogs. Thank you so much. We'll see you next time around.

Great place. They try to help as much as possible with any needs. And do not try to take advantage,like some of the other hotels in the area. Never saw a single bug (for anyone worried) in my whole stay and I was below ground level.

It was the perfect location, every one was friendly, was very clean, the bed was comfortable and had great hot water too.

Utilities don't work, we had to clean out our apartment from the previous tenant because staff refused to. If you want somewhere to live long term, this is not the place. Genuinely the worst experience I've had in an apartment complex.

This is not an inn, but rather an apartment building. They include all utilities, WiFi and cable in the cost of rent. My only complaints are thus: there's​ no elevator, and it gets EXTREMELY hot in our living room. There's no in-room temperature control, so if you overheat easily be sure to bring a fan.
