The white man that works at the front desk during evening time def needs to find something else to do other than watch the cameras constantly like a creep. He was also very rude, attempted to kick me out WITHOUT A REFUND, because i had my service dog with me! Which, may i mention, is 125% illegal!!! Absolutely the worst customer service and respectfulness I've had to deal wirh it in a long time! Just disgusted!

It was fantastic. The manager was very sweet and nice. Me and my boyfriend and two dogs were given a room right by the office and there are grassy area for our dogs to use. He was super sweet he showed us the room beforehand to show us how nice it was. It had a king size bed which was great to sleep on and very nice room and great bathroom and shower. He did not charge us for either dog and we were very careful that our dogs did not make any messes. Very very nice and talk to us in the morning to make sure that we had a great night and we did. We ate it nearby Cheddar's at and our dogs are very sweet and quiet in the rooms so we knew it was okay. Very nice extremely nice and clean and the manager is great! We will be back because we travel from Florida to Michigan and vice versa!

An hour before checkout, while I’m at work, I saw the owner inside my room and bathroom on my security camera. What she was looking for, I don’t know but that’s kinda messed up. Follow for the video! 🤫 Other than that, I can’t complain….

Man i don’t know where to start? The owners here are wonderful. I’ve been here for a while now, and honestly there is never a dual moment. The days that aren’t to well and i’m gonna be late on paying my rent? They are very understanding. She’s like a mother to me, and her daughter is really my “ best friend “ as we would say. I don’t care if there was a hotel, 2 minutes away that had a hot tub and swimming pool. I wouldn’t care if the price was the same. This is my go to spot , this is home to me . Highly recommend it. If you’re good with communicating, and just tell them what you need. They will work with you. The just want respect, and gotta keep your room clean.

This is prob the worse place as far as cleanliness, the walls were absolutely nasty like someone spilt a drink didn't want it and all it took was wiping it off , I seen a few roaches and to top it off they have BEDBUGS, I WONDERED WHY they have dark sheets and not white, the towels had stains all over it I didn't even use them, now I'm left with bed bugs and I have no clue how to even begin to get rid of them. As far as the owner she is absolutely rudest person I've ever met. This place needs to be closed down and cleaned out.
