booked a room due to need for the night on VACATION for holidays. they declined the stay bc of being 18. NO REFUND. HORRIBLE experience. horrible customer service. The whole space looks sketchy. As soon as we arrived we knew something was off. Looked empty and uneasy feeling. the whole service was super sketchy and the guy in the front was just straight up rude. Don’t know how they are still in business with this service. Still haven’t heard anything about the money I spent and i wasn’t even able to spend the night there. Waste of money. Bad service. Sketchy location. Don’t book.

Noticed roofing shingles missing this old property which is not well kept. Had to check in using what looked like a bullet proof window which you slide your ID under. The window was located outside the lobby, under a drive thru., Felt like I was in the ghetto.||The room had a heavy smell of cigarettes. Bathroom tub had numerous cigarette burns along the top of the sides. Looked like some smokers had placed their cigarettes there while bathing. Can't say how clean the room was otherwise because we didn't stay.||I will say the owners did give me back the NON refundable fees with out any issues. They said I must have clicked on wanting a smokers rooms when I booked online. I didn't but doesn't matter since they still gave the refund. ||It is one of the cheapest in what looks like a great area

As soon as we opened the door to the room,at least 20 roaches fell from the top of the door frame, and when the door finished opening, we could see more running up the walls. We immediately went back up to the office and got our money back, and found lodging elsewhere.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. You can’t go into lobby. Room didn’t feel safe. No way to deadbolt door. There were stains on the walls and a blood stain on the lampshade! Very close to the freeway, so lots of road noise.
