Royal Inn

We recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel while attempting to book a room for someone in need of temporary shelter. Over the course of trying to secure the booking, we were given inconsistent and conflicting information, which led to four separate visits to the property. Each time, the staff presented new and different rules, creating unnecessary confusion and frustration. When we were finally able to book a room, the manager was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude and difficult to deal with—for absolutely no reason. To be honest, we couldn’t shake the feeling that their behavior was motivated by prejudice or racism, which made the situation deeply uncomfortable and disheartening. When I was looking around for decent priced hotels this popped up. I did not look to much into it but when we got into the room it had a little bit of a smell to it for being a non smoking room. The air conditioner was iffy. The wall cutouts for the fridge and microwave were very poorly done and looked rush. Sink/bathroom area wasn't terribly dirty but was not the cleanest. ||However the good thing I can say was the beds were comfortable

This place is extravagant and very clean the service in the front is amazing. They get you in a room quickly and smoothly. They also provide many things in the room such as soap, clean towel, clean buckets, and cups for drinks. They also have fridges and microwave that are usable.

It was clean, the shower mat used a couple times before me. Not impressed. N it ashamed it could be so much better

The room was moderately clean, the ac was outdated and there were only four cars outside. The entire building was like a ghost house. My friend and I stayed for one night and the next morning we overslept and they were banging on the door like the police to tell us to get out. Instead of offering us a late checkout or asking if we would like to stay another night, a rude, perturbed Indian woman began shouting “It’s 11:38! We need to clean the room! It’s past checkout!” No wonder they don’t have any business. Overpriced, rude, and terrible customer service. We would have spent another night if they hadn’t of been in such a rush to get us out. They act like they are the Marriott and booked up, when in reality the hotel is empty. They will go out of business soon with employees like that. Ter
