Rodeway Inn Jonesboro - Atlanta South

Check in is easy. Staff is friendly. The Lobby is closed. The website states they have coffee, but they don't. Otherwise everything is as described on their website. I like the fair pricing. Our room was clean and in descent condition. The linens/towels are appearantly new. I do recommend Rodeway Inn if you are looking for a nice place to stay and don't require frills.

The place is terrible. There's a mildewy damp/ musty smell, there were mildew stains among other mystery stains on the sheets, the bathroom vent fan was caked in dust, the air is sticky & more humid than it actually is outside, so nothing is actually dry to the touch. The smoke detector is missing from the ceiling. The management staff is super rude. They are not service animal/ ADA friendly at ALL!!!! The second we showed medical docs for my animals & they couldn't impose pet fees, they started being super rude, no housekeeping staff knocked on our door at all. We had to go request fresh linens at the front desk. The wifi network doesn't even let you on once you sign into it. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Trash hotel, dangerous part of town. Someone drugged out thief kicked the door in tried to Rob us. Cops showed up he went to jail. But if you value anything you have or the people in your life DO NOT STAY HERE safer on the streets

None friendly, was not helpful to use my points the room . They wanted to charge a fee for late checkout. Much as I have stayed there and they disregarded all that!!!! Will not recommend at all!!!

Rude and unfriendly people starting with the checking in attendant, they were unwilling to work with me and let me get a room with my points. I also needed a late check out , they were trying to charge me for that! I have used that establishment in the past and they have granted me a late check out, never for a fee. Just disappointing all the way around.
