Hotel O Atlanta Airport Jonesboro/Morrow I-75

I booked room on 1/16/26 for one day this my by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been at. 1) I got to hotel at 12pm was told I can’t check in til 3pm and that it would be 10 dollars an hour to check in earlier 2) I came back at 3 was given room 118. The key wouldn’t open the door was then given room 113 3) I left my things in room and went to handle my business when a came back my room key didn’t work the lady at desk came with master wristband key that also didn’t work they went to get physical key but couldn’t use it because lock was jammed they had to drill out door so I could get in 4) I was like ima take a shower around 5pm it literally had no water in entire facility all rooms had no water at all I had to warm a bottle of smart water in microwave and bird bath in sink. Positive: I regret using this app to get the hotel.. it was pathetic. Cockroaches, bedbugs, hostile staff, poor location. I wish I had known Negative: As above. It was horrible

Room 112 was dirty, smelly, had a water leak that caused the floor to buckle and mold. The bed mattress was nasty. There were roaches on the wall. The bathroom was disgusting. The hot water faucet didn't work on the sink. This is by far the worst hotel room I have ever seen.

Hotel O has great customer service . It's quiet it's close to the stores not that expensive. It's a place where you can relax. It's pet friendly you can visitors. They have a little laundry room perfect get away on the hill. Overall I enjoy my stay

Great people! I have nothing bad to say! Helped me and my kids when in need !!! Young lady at reception desk is the sweetest person in Jonesboro ☺️
