The location was great — conveniently located next to a Dollar General, which definitely came in handy. While I understand the reasoning behind the request to leave car keys in the hotel room, I personally don’t agree with this practice and found it a bit uncomfortable. The rooms themselves are extremely dated. Given the cost of the stay, it seems reasonable to expect some minor updates. Simple upgrades like new lampshades and fresh comforters would go a long way in making the rooms feel more modern and inviting. A little attention to these details could really enhance the overall guest experience.

At first glance you will notice that this motel is a bit dated …but it wont matter when you stay here because it is clean, friendly and has quick access to beach and boardwalk.| I am especially pleased with the manager Sanjay snd his assistant Vlada at the front desk. When there was a scheduling mixup with our room , they quickly remedied the situation even though the place was booked to capacity. After we were moved to an appropriate alternative Sanjay stopped by to check on us and to make sure we were all satisfied.| The two pools give it a nice touch also…always a chair and plenty of tables with umbrellas.| This is not a fancy hotel by any means, but it has everything you might want in a seaside motel. We will definitely be back next year!

Positive: "" Negative: No staff in office...check-in windiw only an hour is unacceptable. If keys need to be in office for cars to be moved...how can that work w/ nobody there! Communication is poor...called & texted when arrived but never received a reply.

I am only writing this review because they are now claiming because I made complaints that I left the room a mess. So I will be letting everyone know on every platform. I rented two apartments rooms. A week before I went the establishment canceled my room after I already confirmed it the week prior. The lady at the front desk was very quick in fixing the mistake and polite. When we arrived, there were holes in the walls and in the furniture. The frig was missing glass and the shelves were not able to fold anything because they were broken. The fixtures on the wall were all broken. My sheet had a blood stain. My bathroom had black mold. The downstairs unit had a gas leak in which the maintenance man put literal tape over the nob and said it would be fine. When everyone including the young

We booked here because of the positive reviews... 4.1-4.2 ⭐️ on Google is pretty good! We have stayed at other Wildwood hotels so we knew what to expect. However, we were not prepared for staying in a third world country 🤯. The room was basically clean; however, we did not want to put our suitcase on the floor. We moved a table and found a dirty fork 🤢. There was no screen in the bathroom windows, windows were open when we checked in. We tried to tough it out. We were sitting outside on the first floor, and the people above us were dripping onto our heads because the balcony was constructed of just slats. Children were swimming in the pool announcing they were peeing! 🤦‍♀️We could not sleep here and asked for a refund after just a few minutes. The no refund policy sign with a lady
