Royal Century Hotel

if you are looking for a nice place, this is okay. 1. needs a paint job in rooms, bedding not 100 percent clean.

They had no hot water, it was very dirty ( found a cockroach) and it is very old.

You get what you pay for. It’s like 3 minutes away from Sofi. I seen 2 cockroaches come from a crack in the bathroom. I was thinking damn should I go somewhere else? But I was only there for one night and was gone the whole day. I just needed a bed for the concert. I brought an extra pillow case and bedsheets just based off the pictures. (Not all pictures will look like your room. My bathroom was totally different and smaller) Bed was fine. The bathroom was eh. The water pressure for the shower was crazy though. Like super strong it was massaging my back. That was probably the whole highlight of the room. Would I stay here again? Honestly no but also maybe if I couldn’t find anything cheaper in a short amount of time. Just be super organized don’t leave anything on the floor, or any food o

Positive: The ONLY good thing about this hotel is the location. It is close to everything. Negative: Everything is old and outdated, including the employees. They HAVE ROACHES!

This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I understand it’s a budget hotel, but there’s no excuse for how disgusting, dirty, and badly managed this place is. The moment you walk in, it smells awful, everything looks filthy, and the worst part is the front desk staff. They are beyond rude and unprofessional. I booked my room through Booking.com, and the app charged my credit card. When I arrived, they claimed there was no payment on their system and charged me again. When I later noticed the double charge on my credit card, I went to ask about it, and they yelled at me, kicked me out of my room, and dumped my belongings into a trash bag. These people have no idea how to run a front desk or how to properly handle credit card charges. Now I have to deal with Booking.com
