Hampton Inn by Hilton Los Angeles Airport

I stayed at this Hotel just last weekend, after my flight was cancelled and had to re-book for the following morning. After a long day of moving and navigating airports, the time was around 12 am, and when I phoned the hotel I explained to the front desk my situation and they told me that the airport shuttle would be coming to take me to the hotel. Which I was grateful of especially at the hour that it was. When I arrived Janay greeted me and was such a pleasure to check in with. She explained everything over the check in process, she asked if i wanted a queen or a king bed, which was a nice touch creating that personalization experience. I’m from Texas and I thought I knew traffic til I got to LAX! This location is close enough to avoid hours of traffic which is wonderful to avoid missing your flight. Kalice was so friendly and informative. We had left some belongings on her counter and she was kind enough to have saved them and she remembered who we were. I’m glad that integrity and great customer service is still a priority at the Hampton inn. The rooms were very spacious and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. Now enjoy your trip!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast spread was nice with plenty of options. I really appreciated the laundromat on-site—it was very convenient during my stay. The housekeeping staff was helpful, and Daniella at the front desk was especially attentive and welcoming.||The hotel is in a central location, which made it easy to get around. The only downside for me was the carpet throughout the hotel, it seemed a bit worn and could use an update.||Overall, if I’m in the area again and need a place to stay, I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and will not be returning. At check-in, I had pre-selected a corner king room on the top floor. The front desk associate told me my room wasn’t a quiet spot and faced the freeway and insisted on moving me to a quieter area with the same room type. I trusted that guidance. Instead, I was placed in a room with two queen beds. When I returned shortly after to correct it, I was told my original room had already been given away and no king rooms were available. It became clear the hotel was overbooked on king rooms, but that was never communicated honestly at check-in. There were also facility concerns. The elevator makes loud, concerning noises and gets stuck briefly before it opens. In the fitness center, the Peloton bike was not connected

Location of hotel is close to airport,there are a few fast food around. The facility is good, we were on second floor and thrte was a humming noise in the room at night,we were too tired so we can still fell aslerp, otherwise it was wuite annoying.
