Love this Hotel.Brittany was awesome to help me with my room. Honestly each staff member was good.We would ask somewhere to eat local they actually gave you their attention and talk to you not like other hotels. Management helping with my husband back problems for the bed made him enjoy our trip.Location is great but what really makes a great stay is this Wonderful staff.So thanks to all the staff.My husband already wants to come back next year....Thanks Roxanne Tower

There's a saying: "If you don't have anything good to say, then don't say anything" but in this case...."You get what you pay for". I booked this place 6 weeks prior to my arrival and after looking on the website, I thought I had made a good choice. After driving 9 hours, we were surprisingly shocked at the condition of this "place". The Lobby was the first "red flag" as it looked as "dated" as the rest of the hotel! After given paperwork to sign and instructions as to where to park, we went to our assigned suite (if that's what you want to call it!) We noticed that as the elevator stopped on each floor, the carpet in the hallways were "disgustingly filthy". How could anyone walk from the beach or the pool "barefooted" on these carpets. We have stayed here many many times. Its our number 1 place to stay. Rooms are clean and staff is amazing here. They always have the rooms stocked with towels and dishes and everything works! That is very rare in MB to have all that we need. Truely a 10, not a 5, for us!!!

Great hotel right where you want to be. Walking distance to breakfast, a grocery store, doughnuts, and late night food. Walking distance to everything in the vicinity of the large Ferris wheel on ocean Blvd but far enough away to not be disturbed by all the noise. Rooms are perfectly fine. We took out family of 6 and got a two bedroom. Room was clean, front desk is helpful and responsive to issues. Pools are nice and clean and easy access to the beach.

Upon arrival- our room was dirty- the linens - bed skirt clearly had not been changed, when pulled up they revealed a lot of dirt. The toilet paper holder is falling off the wall. The door had to be pushed or pulled shut depending on coming in or leaving. The added door lock bar is falling out - no need to latch it, it would not stop a child from pushing the door open. The front desk gal- not friendly at all. You come and go past them - we say HI! Most times we got nothing back or "hi" in a low key tone. We had them change our linens and the two gals that came in Denise and Shalonda I believe - they were GREAT! They re-cleaned and changed the bedding down to the bed skirt and covers so I could at least sleep. The other lady that came in the rest of the week was cranky and not friendly. Did
