Round Up Motel

My experience at the Roundup was awesome! Miss Adriana was a great host and she was more than kind, she even gave me her cell phone number in case my neighbors got too noisy or I had any problems. I got back my full deposit back with no hassle and I would definitely come back in the future!! Thank you guys so much ❤️❤️❤️

We came from another town to start our journey for the better but unfortunately life happens and we had to move back to our hometown. We have to say that this place Round up Motel was a very kind ,convenient and a place we were gonna call our home . I forgot to mention that this Motel is a one-time or a 2 week or however long you'd like to stay but the best part is an extended stay as well which we choose. Anyway the place is right off the hwy but as you go in to the property its very nice looking and clean just very well kept up . The room we had was best for us with a little kitchen net , gas stove big enough refrigerator, clean non smoking room which is a plus for me , the only thing I was frowned on was the tiny TV ☺️. Most motels will refund your cash deposit upon checkout if there are no damages or issues otherwise. This motel doesn't follow those guidelines. In fact they make their own and refuse to refund your cash for 3-5 days even after the manager does a room check. So if you're expecting to get your deposit back upon checkout.... don't stay here. This is a corrupt sort of business practice. Edit: As you can see the owner is a liar when she replied to my review. She's doing her best to pit me a bad guy. They lied, and she even flipped me off on her own security camera... But she didn't tell you that! Take my advice.... stay away from this corrupt business There were NO damages! The room was cleaned and still they held the deposit and kept $50 of it

I stayed here about 2 years ago while transitioning to another state.I was in nursing school at Pima when my hubby was transferred to Alabama.Not wanting to sign a new lease when I had just a few weeks until graduation, Round up was the answer.This place represents Tucson, Quaint, a little quirky, nice...not perfect but unique.Every staff member and the other tenants were super nice to me. I felt safe staying in my room alone as a female.When my husband was coming to pick me up, I advised the staff of his pending arrival and we had no problems. No one is perfect but they go out of their way to keep the place safe clean and maintained.They are good humans and I am very thankful for them.

The rooms don't have working outlets, when I rented a room in December the heater wasn't working there was cracked tile very dangerous for someone to walk on also the ac unit wasn't working that great. The service is not that great when they turned the water off I was not notified at all. The area was bad too many things happening at once. They charge $75 if you don't clean the room as how it was when you arrived be careful with these people they might screw you over this was the worst place to be.
